Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges are flat rate based on weight.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

Maison d'Etre is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Maison d'Etre is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. However, we prioritize customer satisfaction, so feel free to reach out to us directly regarding damaged items. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost Packages:

If your order is lost in transit and the tracking information indicates it was delivered, please contact the carrier directly to investigate further.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

Returns + Exchange Policy

Merchandise purchased online may be returned within 14 days of the ship date for exchange or refund equal to the purchase price. Items must be in original condition with product packaging and tags attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Self-Serve Returns: We offer self-serve returns for your convenience. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Log in to your account on our website.
Navigate to your Order History and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
Click on the "Initiate Return" or "Request Return" button next to the item(s) you wish to return.
Follow the prompts to select your return reason and preferred resolution (refund or exchange).

Once your return request is submitted, you will receive further instructions via email, including how to prepare your package and any applicable return shipping details.

Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide photos of the damaged items and packaging for our records. We will promptly ship out a replacement.
