Description

Puffy mini tote stuffed with retaso or scrap yarn from the VERLOOP factory. Separator yarn, used between pieces in machine knitting, is typically snipped off and discarded. Instead, we save these scraps for future use. The plush and colorful stuffing in this bag is just one way we reduce textile waste with creative solutions.

Maison d'Etre is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. However, we prioritize customer satisfaction, so feel free to reach out to us directly regarding damaged items. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost Packages:

If your order is lost in transit and the tracking information indicates it was delivered, please contact the carrier directly to investigate further.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

Returns + Exchange Policy

Merchandise purchased online may be returned within 14 days of the ship date for exchange or refund equal to the purchase price. Items must be in original condition with product packaging and tags attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Self-Serve Returns: We offer self-serve returns for your convenience. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Navigate to your Order History and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
Click on the "Initiate Return" or "Request Return" button next to the item(s) you wish to return.

Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide photos of the damaged items and packaging for our records. We will promptly ship out a replacement.
